5G refers to next-generation mobile networks promising super-fast data speeds.

While Chinese cellphone makes like Huawei, Xiaomi, Oppo has launched their 5G flag products almost for a year, slowly, on Tuesday, Apple unveiled their four new 5G-capable iPhone models. While 5G networks are in their infancy.

“If we look back to (the) second quarter of the year, almost half of the smartphones shipped in China had 5G connectivity,” Will Wong, research manager at IDC, told CNBC. “Among the top 5 vendors in China, Apple was the only one without a 5G model. Having a upgrade of 5G will be very important for Apple to continue to attract the attention of the Chinese market.”

China is the world’s largest 5G smartphone market and the country with the most number of 5G connections, according to market analysis firm CCS Insight.

" Foxconn, the Taiwan company that assembles Apple’s iPhone, has launched an platform to help automobile companies make electric cars.

The technology giant is best known for being a major assembler of consumer electronics products such as smartphones. But the latest announcement pushes Foxconn into a market which could be worth over $800 billion by 2027, according to Allied Market Research, as it looks to diversify its business.

William Wei, an executive at Foxconn, said the company’s aim is to be come the Android of electric vehicles, in a reference to Google’s mobile operating system. "

Chinese companies or enterprises must never make another mistake similar to the current technological dilemma being caused by the US’s callous sanctions that also apply to the partnership and business ties of any party, both foreign and American, which use or are affiliated to US's technologies. That is, Chinese companies and enterprises must stay away from Foxconn .

Yes, there is nothing wrong with any Chinese made phones, absolutely, and Huawei is a great Chinese Hallmark in telecommunication gears of any sort which are very reliable and highly affordable too . So, why bother buying other foreign brands to show off to who since the USA and its allies in this world are all banning and / or stripping off Huawei and ZTE phones and their telco gears ?

According to report on 2020-10-14, Apple’s CEO cited to the effect that Apple iPhone 12 range with 5G connectivity is very important in China and it is a very huge Chinese market. That is a “super upgrade cycle” in China / Chinese iPhone market .

Yes, indeed, China is a very huge market for iPhones; does it mean that American politicians and enterprises have just woken up?  Why should any Chinese buy Apple stuffs when Huawei & ZTE gears are banned in typically the QUAD and 5-EYE foolish nations ?

They say iPhone's software hasn't got a glitch. In the past when Chinese handphones are absent in the global arena, where it was only between iPhone, Samsung, Sony and HTC, they said Samsung's and HTC's phone system can get hanged quite easily while iPhone's didn't. Then before Android rose to challenge iPhone's eco-system, they said iPhone has far reaching connectivity.

If the iPhone's myth is totally debunked with its naked truth publicly revealed, iPhone probably won't be worth much more than a Sony or a HTC phone.

After all at one time everyone thought iPhone had an exclusive eco-system but is it anywhere near Android today? Its completely defeated. As to its phone software, am sure Chinese and Korea models are just as good and in terms of overall specificatios, iPhone doesn't match up to top Chinese and Korean models. So why are you still holding a severely overpriced iPhone which in a way reflects that you probably don't know how to value the right thing for the right price?

UNFORTUNATELY, we have had never purchased or used an iPhone.

When Huawei first introduced its first phone, we have been using only Huawei made phones.

Support the honest and reliable HUAWEI!

No need to pay through the nose for an Apple iPhone!

My first smart phone was an iPhone5, but it soon has a battery problem after two years, then I changed for a Huawei, and to my surprise, the Huawei phone functioned so well with less price.

Now most Chinese 5G cellphones has a range of price for different class of people. The cheapest 5G cellphone is only around RMB 1000 (only $142 given a CNY/USD=7 exchange rate). For me, I will have so many choices with much lower price, I surely will not buy the expensive iPhone.
